Conventional
pool combined with a natural sewage plant (NSP) ...
... is more conventional (with tiles !) and is driven by a pool-pump and sand
filter.
What makes it different is a second circulation which passes through a green
filter (planted & waterproofed gravel filter area), enabling the water to
be biologically purified thus minimizing the nutrients in order to reduce algae
in the water.
Part of the pool water flows into the green filter and once treated pumped up
again through one of the pool jets.
By doing this we can manage turn a conventional chemical pool into a naturally
filtered pool.
